Casa Marbella’s exquisitely appointed home offers unmatched views of the ocean and jungle! Shared pool is just a one minute walk down from the entry door. Off street covered private parking adjacent to the home. Casa Marbella’s two bedroom’s are air conditioned and both have a private bath and a private terrace. TV with a DVD player & DVD’s are offered gratuitously from our Santana Rental office.
As you come up the circular stair case to the residence level you are met with an incredible view overlooking the spectacular Bay of Tenacatita, jungle and mangrove. Sunsets are awesome. The top level offers an desk top area and an open kitchen/dining/living area with a guest bath. Kitchen is very well appointed with everything a chef requires to prepare meals, including a dishwasher. Perfect for relaxing, reading or writing and wonderful for entertaining or simply enjoying the ocean views! Included are Maid service, wireless internet, washer and dryer. Linens and towels provided. Access to the beach and the central part of town is within a short walking distance.
