Casa Xochitl is a completely walled in beach front home. 1st level entry has an open living – dining – kitchen area with master bedroom and bath and a connecting 2nd bedroom. Television w/DVD player. Laundry room on the 1st level. There is a walled in outside sitting area with shower, commode and hand sink and entry to the sandy beachfront.
The 2nd level features 2 bedrooms each with private bath on one side and 2 adjoining bedrooms and one bath on the other side; plus an additional bedroom facing the ocean. There is a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms including the exterior bath.
This is a perfect home for an extended family. Rental rate is according to the number of occupants 1-14.
