The home is the last house on the street and is surrounded on 3 sides with greenery and trees so is private and quiet. It is on the hill side of town so while a great 10 minute excercise walk for some including 60 + year old owner, it could be an issue for people with mobility problems . There is a large closed-in garage with plenty of room for a car or quad or golfcart if needed.
