Cancellation Policy:
Regarding our policy on reservation cancellation and the non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation.
If you should need to cancel your reservation:
1. We offer the option of applying your deposit minus a cancellation fee* to a new reservation made within a year of your cancellation date.
2. There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather related situations, mechanical failure, earthquake, etc.
3. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. For your easy reference Travel Guard is one provider, but there are many.
*The cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit amount if canceled previous to 60 days of the reservation start date and 75% of the deposit if canceled within 60 days of the reservation start date. The remaining funds may be applied to a future reservation for the same property if made within a year of cancellation.
